Bumps the desktop agent to 0.1.18 and improves tray, CLI, and wizard status reporting. New Features Added DesktopStatusAdapter and DesktopPairingUI for pair token entry, badges, and clear status summaries. Runs an immediate heartbeat after pairing; the wizard marks Connected when the device links. Tray/status outputs now include pairing_state, connection_state, paired/connected/waiting, and a trust badge; CLI pair prints these and exits 0 only when both are true. Version bumped to 0.1.18; source-only update (no .deb artifacts or latest.json).
